The New World
There is life and beauty in everything!
Nature flaunts her wealth and beauty before
the earthling.
It revives the mind,
Making it leave all miseries behind;
The soul sighs in tranquillity,
For the world is breathtaking in all its
simplicity;
The trees are bright and gay,
Blooming and mirthful in their sway;
The leaves bear droplets of rain;
The birds dry their feathers in vain;
Squirrels scamper and scurry,
To find shelter in a hurry;
The busy mortals rush inside,
Casting not a glance aside,
At the glorious new world that lay,
Right in their way!
